From theory to praxis

I find moments of connection through yoga and movement, mindfulness and meditation, nature, poetry and music

Those can be moments of joy, of compassion or courage and lead to greater connection to myself. By sharing my personal experience, I hope to make the idea of connection more tangible for you. Taking the Foot Off the Gas

What helps me most is to take my foot off the gas, switch gear and allow for a much slower pace to emerge. I park my projects and ambitions without judgement, and instead practise being patient and nurture myself; spending time outdoors, have a cup of tea, read a book, talk to a friend.
