What you can expect

Plain English
My yoga instructions are easy to understand and follow. I wish for my students to fully immerse themselves in their practice and not having to worry about the meaning of certain phrases and words. The Sanskrit words I do use are quite well known and can be picked up quickly (i.e. Shavasana).

Open-minded environment
As soon as you step on your yoga mat for one of my classes, I’d like you to feel being in a safe zone. Every student is encouraged to keep their awareness to their own mat and personal practice. I believe that no matter where you are on your journey of connection, practising non-violence against yourself and others and cultivating curiosity, compassion and lovingkindness is the way towards greater inner freedom and overall wellbeing.

Yoga as a spiritual path
I like to practise and teach yoga as a spiritual path that promotes self-confidence, mindfulness, and inner peace. You should not have any worries about joining in, whatever your background.
