Who am I?

A Reflection

I am someone, who fought against dragons,

who keeps finding ways out of despair.

Someone who has come a long way

in finding self-love and happiness.

I am someone, who learned,

her greatest boundaries are in her mind.

Someone who knows how to connect

with body, mind and spirit.

I am someone, who is most comfortable in silence,

whose heart sings when encountering beauty.

Someone who has touched light, who carries light,

and who knows her deepest sense of self.

I am someone, who practices being defined

by her values and not her insecurities.

Someone who tries to no longer hide,

but to allow herself to be seen.

I am someone, who leans into love and

the possibilities that come with it.

Someone who continuous to grow.

Are you also on a journey towards greater inner freedom? If so, I’d like to encourage you to take stock. Take some time and reflect on what is true for you - here and now; what are the things that no longer serve you; what have you left behind; what are you reaching towards?

This exercise is not an attempt of parading around one’s own greatness, but can be a helpful tool in reminding yourself of what’s possible and to empower you to go for the greatest version of yourself you can think of!

This is for you; for your own reflection. Do this exercise with gratefulness and a heap of courage.

From my light to yours.
