How to do Box Breathing

  • holding your breath

Each step lasting 4 seconds

Get ready ... time to practise

Inhale 2, 3, 4 · hold 2, 3, 4 · exhale 2, 3, 4 · hold 2, 3, 4

Repeat the four steps for 4 minutes, notice if it helps to re-center yourself

Breathe in calm,
breathe out fear.
