the Feel-Good

Spring is on our doorstep and with it comes the desire to go out, to be active, to embrace the day and seize new opportunities. But shaking off our winter coat and changing into this lighter, happier and healthier version of ourselves can be challenging. That’s why I created the Feel-Good Spring Challenge.

It’s quite simple, really, all you have to do is:

  • Decide on 1, 2 or 3 small changes you’d like to implement over the next little while

  • Sign up to the Feel-Good Spring Challenge WhatsApp group and let us know your goals

  • Avail of genuine support and positive accountability

Let’s get together and help each other to become a better version of ourselves.

Pick between 1 and 3 small changes you’d like to focus on over the next 6 weeks (runs up to Easter Sunday) with the aim to improve your wellbeing.

Find support and accountability amongst likeminded people, who come together in a positive, encouraging and compassionate environment.
